This past week, I have been plagued by an ongoing headache that simply will not be defeated. I have tried everything from aspirin, to water, caffeine, food, sleep, and anything else anyone could think of. Just when I think it's gone, it comes back full force. This being said, I haven't been able to drag myself to go to practices with a throbbing head. This makes me feel terrible after having a pretty good week working out last week.
Hopefully it gets better soon so I can get back to ramping up my workouts!
